Missing additional options for HDR tonemapping

Server Version#: 1.41.3.9314
Player Version#: 1.105.2.269-12a32491 (Windows)

According to the following article, there are " Additional Tone Mapping options for Windows with Intel Tigerlake or newer". I believe I meet all the requirements listed on the website:

  1. “Use hardware acceleration when available” is enabled
  2. “Enable HDR Tone Mapping” is enabled
  3. “Server has Intel Tigerlake or newer selected as the Transcoding Device” – I have Intel Alder Lake which comes after Tiger Lake (12th gen vs 11th gen) - specifically, I have the Intel Core i3-12100
  4. “Plex Media Server 1.41.0 or newer” is true (1.41.3.9314)

However, these additional options for saturation, contrast, and brightness do not appear in my Plex app. I would like to understand why that is, and whether or not something can be done about it. I’m happy to provide additional details or files if necessary.

I believe it’s also worth noting that I have my tonemapping algorithm set to “gamma”, but even when hopping to other algorithms, the options do not present themselves.

Those are server, not client, options.

You would need to run PMS on Windows, not Unraid.

I know that it’s a server issue and not a client issue (hence me selecting the category “Plex Media Server” and “server-unraid”).

Aha, I now see that it does specify that the additional options are for Windows. My apologies for missing that detail.

Are there any plans to bring these same settings to Unraid (or other types of servers)? Is it still possible to customise these settings somewhere in the files?
