Thanks Trumpy for the detailed and well thought out response, and for pointing me to mp3Tag! The Billy Joel files were named properly, and I “think” the agents were configured properly, but the files didn’t have the Album Artist tag. They did have the Artist Tag. I added Album Artist, disc number, track number, and did the Plex Dance (!) and Billy’s picture arrived!
