Missing channel logos in web and windows client

Player Version#: Web and 1.86.1 windows
Tuner Make/Model: Threadfin
Using XMLTV?: Yes

Using the web app running directly on the machine the plex server is running on, I see the channel logos just fine, they also show on the iOS app just fine, but on another PC, same LAN, neither the windows app, nor web app will display any channel logos.

And now I can’t post this because the forum says that the “body is too similar” to something else that I posted?? This is my second post on here… Hence me needing to add this, apparently…

It’s because Threadfin doesn’t serve in https. So the logos are insecure content. If you use Chrome, you can go to chrome://settings/content/insecureContent & add https://app.plex.tv:443 to allow insecure content.

Doesn’t work on Safari as there’s no way to allow insecure/mixed content.

Thanks. There is an option to force HTTPS in Threadfin, I’ll check that out.

That will break Threadfin unless you have your entire server has the proper certificate to serve https

I tried enabling it, didn’t change anything, nor did it break
