I have a Battlestar Galatica (2003) 720p mkv collection. All the media files are named like the plex naming convention wiki page says, but the entire season 3 is not included after updating the db. The perms are correct and the files too, I can watch them without problems with any mkv capable player, but plex scanner doesn’t recognize them.
Is there any way to make plex to add those files to the db?
