Missing EPG Oklahoma City channel 30.5

As much as I loathe “bump”, this has yet to be corrected.

Reporting missing channels from lineup in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Local EPG guide is missing a channel that I receive in this area.

Lineup name: Local Broadcast Listings (75 channels)

Channel Number and name: 30.5 (H&I)

Country: United States

Postal code: 73064

Region/market: Oklahoma City

Plex Media Server version: 4.145.1

Am I not explaining it correctly? 30.5 changed to H&I over two months ago. Plex even shows the change. The guide does not.

Hey sorry for the delay on this. It is being reported but I don’t have an ETA. If you can provide your postal code I will need that as well.

My HDHomeRun Tuner shows the correct information. MyGrio (30.5) is no longer broadcasting in my area. H&I is now broadcasting on 30.5.

I have tried using my Channels DVR EPG (which is correct) but causes other issues with Plex Media Server. Listing certain programs as movies but are not movies.

My area is Oklahoma City OK USA

Not sure how to fix the issue.

Thanks.

If you are getting your EPG data through the Plex server, then the data is coming from Gracenote. Gracenote gets its data from the TV stations. Plex isn’t involved with that part of it. You’d probably have better results if you contacted the TV station and informed them that you get your EPG data from Gracenote and describe the shows that are incorrect.

This channel should be MovieSphere now according to data Gracenote got from source. the move to h&I was only temporary
