I’ve reported many times to https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf0YIecSlA_pyZzmEttGeIT8ombGVJoIQB20Wa-YXHSv7vhhA/viewform
no changes have happened to date. I’ve read a few posts from people in the same area reporting similar to mine, and i’ve provided work-arounds using multiple epg lineups, its a tedious job.

Hoping a “Plex Employee” could jump in and assist into getting this fixed. Here are the issues

The Following need to be added:

KOXI-CD
20.1 KOXI-CD AZTECA
20.2 KOXI-CD NEW TANG DYNASTY
20.3 KOXI-CD BUZZR
20.4 KOXI-CD BEIN SPORTS EN ESPANOL
20.5 KOXI-CD SHOP LC
20.6 KOXI-CD LX
42.2 KGXG-ES DAYSTAR-ESPANOL

Channel below is a Mismatch

47.2 KUNP-DT2 STADIUM… Listing Shows TBD

The Most Accurate Information to provide for a lineup since this is not at Cable/Satellite Provider is https://www.rabbitears.info/market.php?request=print_market&mktid=30

Much help would be appreciated

Yep, I’ve reported the mismatch on 47.2 (STADIUM), but never heard anything after filling out that form.

Is that form still the right method for submitting EPG data issues, does anyone know?

If I have missing channels in my lineup I find using a different zip code solved it for me.

@DaveBinM could you or another person on the Plex side please see to it Gracenote can fix this…

I found a similar thread by another person that has this issue as well and responded with my findings… his post got ignored… I’d love to have this problem solved and kill off the multiple listings I’m having to pick at and download just to get the missing channels into my guide.

If it’s been reported in the form, then it will have been passed along, and there won’t be much more I can do, I’m afraid.
