This morning, I bought a blu-ray with several extras to replace a DVD with one extra. The blu-ray’s extras are not appearing in Plex, and the DVD’s extra has disappeared from Plex on both servers (Mac mini and Synology NAS).
When I scan on the Mac, I see a notice that the Movies section scan is complete, but information might still be downloading from the Internet. I don’t see this notice when I scan the Movies section on the NAS. In the past, Plex hasn’t needed an hour to obtain whatever it needs from the Internet, so I’m stumped. Thanks in advance.
New Edit: A few minutes ago, I checked to see if the extras on some other movies will play because they still seem to exist. They will not. Each time I click on one, I receive an error message: “The file associated with this item is not accessible by the server. Please verify that the file exists and the necessary drive is accessible.”
