I notice that the Skip Into feature is missing on the Samsung app. Is there an update coming anytime soon?

I’d say a new streaming box or stick would make that TV new again!

Please verify your TV model and client version. Check Authorized Devices.

You tagged the post samsung-smart-hub which is for the pre-Tizen TVs. That Plex client was developed by a user and is no longer supported. Features such as skip intro will not be available in that client.

Skip Intro is available on 2016+ Samsung UHD (4K) TVs.
