A friend has set up an account to enable me to share 3 of his libraries - Movies, TV Shows and Kids films.
The Movie library is not visible when I sign in on web browser, the other 2 are and accessible. Any advice? Both me and my friend are baffled!
Have your friend check to make sure they didn’t accidentally place a restriction on their sharing rules.
