Missing 'Live TV & DVR' option from the Sidebar Menu

I have lost ‘Live TV and DVR’ in my sidebar (for remote users).

BTW, I discovered the missing ‘Live TV and DVR’ option while looking for a reason why a remote user can no longer delete an episode from their library. That option is just gone now from the menu.

Any help would be appreciated.

can you go into the “more” options and under your server name (the down arrow) and then re-pin Live TV & DVR?
