Missing movies from Plex library

Hi,

I have 382 movies in my synced folder.

In Plex web interface, it says that there are 378 movies. So 4 movies are missing.

All movies are in the same folder.

How could this happen?

Please note that I already tried WebTools and it didn’t find any missing files.
