Using Web version 3.53.7 with Server version 1.13.2.5154, there is no grid option. I’m running Linux and tried Chrome and Opera… Note that I’m not using plex.tv for access, only local IP address.
Do you have more than one server? I had the same issue, but then when I used the IP of the actual updated server it worked just fine.

No, just one. And I’m accessing it locally using the IP address. I rebooted the server, but no joy. The only thing that may be different is that I’m running the docker version of Plex server under Ubuntu server 16.04LTS…

Thanks, accordingly, I should be able to access it via my browser using the local IP address, as mentioned on https://support.plex.tv/articles/200288666-opening-plex-web-app/, but no joy. Just to make sure it’s not my Linux laptop, I booted up my Win 10 desktop and tried accessing via http://192.168.0.xxx:32400/web, but no grid.
