Currently using server ver 1.9.7.4460 in windows 7, however I am not getting the grid view.
Under Live TV & DVR, I only have options for Recordings and Program Guide. There is no option for the new Grid View.
Server software is all the way up to version 1.13.something. You probably need to upgrade your server software before you get the grid view.
As @darcilicious mentioned you will need to update your server.
From the Program Guide Support Article:
Tip!: This view requires Plex Media Server v1.13.2 and Plex Web App v3.53 or newer.
