Missing Picture in Picture on Sony XR65x95K Google TV

After upgrading my Sony TV from an Android to a Google/Android version I no longer have access to the picture in picture function. I have made sure the Refresh rate switching and Resolution switching are OFF.

The Plex server remained unchanged, must be a player issue?
