Exactly the same pb on Sony Bravia TV.
Plex server : Version 1.18.2.2058
May be the Plex client ?
It’s a plex client issue with the latest versions !!
I solved the issue by installing a previous release of Plex (v7.24.3.13840) client on my Sony Bravia TV (from my computer using adb).
And MIRACLE ! it works !

Choose apk corresponding to your processor architecture (armeabi-v7a for my Sony Bravia TV)
