Running PMS in Docker environment. I have a Plex Pass and previously added a Plex Premium Music Library. I am able to filter my songs by mood but the option to create a Plex Mix via web client or Android client is missing.
I’ve noticed now if I try add a new music library I don’t have the option for Plex Premium Music Library.
Thanks. I remember seeing the update now but I obviously didn’t take it all in. I guess Plex Mix is unavailable until the improvements are implemented.
Has there been any ETA given on when Plex Mix might return?
They rarely discuss timelines.

HI I just updated Plex - am missing the Plex Mix feature.
Used it to create interesting/surprising playlist and discover music.
Would be great to have this cool feature back!

Oh man, this is causing a serious strain on our musical relationship. I guess that monthly check to GraceNore® was just too much for the Piper…
What metadata do you need and why is i so hard? All of the various music sites have the genre. I will look at the plex database, but this should automatically be covered. It is also present (if done right) in the files that are ripped. This should be a very east feature to implement regardless of what you had before. Also, make the plex mix continuous. it is annoying as hell that you set it up, go to the gym, and eventually silence as it runs out of songs. Those of us that own well over 2,000 CD’s should never have this happen. You can even plex mix it on stars or star and genre, or ANY combination, etc. Again, pretty simplistic stuff. Bring me on to code if you really need help that bad.
So is Plex Mix (or #Artist Radio) nearly ready? In the Android app, in the top level of a musical artist I have a “Artist Radio” option, which I assume is the re-branded Plex Mix, but when I click it, nothing happens.
I’m guessing the intended functionality is that when Artist Radio is pressed, Plex will generate an appropriate mix of similar tracks and begin playback.
Is this problem specific to me or is everyone unable to play Artist Radio mixes?
I don’t use Artist Radio, so I have no idea.
Not a fan of the 'ol plex mix Beckfield?
It just doesn’t fit the way I use my music, so I’ve never paid any attention to it.

Plexamp will be great once they add the ability to cast to SONOS (and, hopefully, replace the existing Android Auto player as well).
