Missing posters and artwork in clients (404-error)

Server Version#: 1.19.4.2935
Player Version#: 4.36.1 (web), 8.1.2.18135 (android)
Environment: Docker using linuxserver.io image
Tested in both the web-client and in the android-client.

All artwork is missing when browsing my libraries, both TV and Movie. I can see that it should have artwork because when I edit a movie and go to the “Poster” tab i see 9 empty images. Being a web developer I went in to devtools in chrome and I can see that every request for images returns 404s.

(As you can see, the thumbnail does not fail…)

I’ve also checked inside the metadata folder, and the files are there.

Any ideas? Everything else works, playback, listing, updating… Just no artwork…

I have this exact same issue but on Windows Server 2019. Everything has worked fine for years and now it’s stopped working. I’ve optimized the DB, rescanned for metadata, etc. nothing seems to work. I’m not behind a proxy or firewall or weird vpn or anything.
