I try to add Videotron Helix(https://experience.videotron.com/helix/television) on my plex pvr but I don’t show on the list for my address (J4T 2K3). It’s possible to add it ?
I dont think the guide supports any streaming OTT services yet. I’m also not sure how you would get the content into Plex to begin with.
Unless I’m misunderstanding that webpage and they also provide OTA tv as well?
Helix don’t support OTT but I use xteve for translate signal between Helix and plex. I know it working because right now, I use my old provider for guide import in plex and It working.
PS : My old provider don’t support OTT and cablecard
So if you’re talking about Helix the IPTV provider, Plex has never provided guides for IPTV services. You’d have to pick your local cable or OTA guide and match it all up manually.

It’s not xteve issues. Issues is under plex. Plex need to connect epg provider to request to add new lineup provider under list and I am not possible to pick another provider because It missing some tv channel.
Plex is not going to add EPG’s from IPTV providers. There are tools to provide your own through xteve or other providers. Plex even provides the mechanism - XLMTV.
Helix don’t support XMLTV. In general for add new lineup, Plex contact egp provider to request to add it and Egp Provider do some work for add it. If is not possible for plex, What is epg provider ? I will contact us for request to add it.
Example : If I request same things to schedulesdirect, It will forward my request.
I won’t argue any further, as you just seem to want to come back and negate everything I’ve said. Helix does support XMLTV, they even have a support page knowledgbase instructions on how to use it. I suggest you login to your account and find it.
The EPG provider and Plex will not add IPTV services. It doesn’t matter who contacts them

Does this existing lineup for your post code include the channels that are on Videotron Helix or is it completely different?
