Hi,

Sorry if this post has been placed in the wrong section - if needed please move.

Last week I tried Plex after 1 year of absence again, to check the progress. I´m very happy that the key-feature DVR & Live TV actual running smooth. If the next updates doesn’t break the setup again - Plex will be my preferred application.

First of all I want to share my channel.ini file for Wilhelm Tel Germany. Maybe this will find the way to the installer.

One thing I remember - 1 year ago Wilhelm Tel was listed as valid EPG provider, and channel matching was pretty straight forward. Now it isn’t listed anymore. The only way is to use Kabel Deutschland Digital to get the most channels working - but not all.

Is there any chance to get Wilhelm Tel EPG Data back again? I have tried XML - but there are some other drawbacks. Also it isn’t possible to use for some channels a different EPG provider and adding a channel without is also impossible.

Same for me. I already send it via the official form but still no response.

Still no response from plex. Are there any other Wilhelm Tel user?

Is this a large provider ? I will put a request through to our EPG provider to look into providing a lineup.

Would the channels vary depending on region in Germany ?

Wilhelm Tel is a relative large provider in and around Hamburg and some municipalities in Schleswig-Holstein. And this provider was available within your old EPG provider.
What I can see is that the channles don’t vary and there is only one lineup available for all customers:

That would make it easier.

I will send the request through. It would take months as i already have one request in progress.
