Missing tuner channels in Tuner Setup scan

The one channel described above that is found fine on the HDHomeRun scan, and I can watch it fine there, but it doesn’t show up on the Tuner Setup Scan within the DVR setup on Plex Media Server.
Running Plex Media Server on a Synology NAS, have a Plex Pass subscription.

I’ve tried adding extra lineups, but to no avail. Rescanned many times. This channel is consistently picked up by HDHomeRun scan (in that setup app) but not in Plex Media Server DVR tuner setup scans.

Tried the db edit solution posted here:

but this channel didn’t show up in the db.

Any pointers appreciated.

I have a similar issue with scanning Global TV using my HDHR3. I’m missing two channels, 12.1 CHNB-DT and its repeater 44.1 CIHF-DT. No problem picking them up with the HDHomeRun software. Plex server is MacOS. Checked the DB but these channels don’t appear in there.

Doesn’t seem like anyone has any idea why this happens

My Plex server just doesn’t work properly with my HDHomeRun. Watching a channel with 75% signal strength and 85% signal quality it constantly stops and buffers. I’m talking about every minute. Using the HDHomeRun app on Roku even the weak channels (50%/50%) play fine.
What’s really sad was with my TV hooked directly to the antenna I got 77 channels, with the HDHomeRun I get 45. I’m having a whole lot of buyers remorse over spending $200 on this.
