Some how all my users randomly disappeared, and now all my managed users and family members in my home disappeared
Sounds like you accepted an invitation to someone else’s “Home”.
You can only belong to One “Home” at a time, so if you accepted an invitation then it destroys your home.
If this is the case, you will need to leave that home and re-create yours from scratch.
