Missing video thumbnails since v 2.17

Hi there,
Please Help!
I have a videos Library (Not movies), containing more than 4000 videos sorted in different folders and sub folders. Those videos are not a movies but a personal videos stored on my NAS. I’m a beta tester on Apple TV Gen 4 and since v.2.17, when i display my library as Folders, most of the video thumbnails are missing (they are visible on the web and android TV players). And the worst thing is that when i upgraded to v2.18 available on TestFlight, even the titles of the videos have disappeared and the videos can’t no more be read as the video is only a square (no title, no thumbnail) and clicking over don’t play the video.
Theses videos are for professional works, sorted on dedicated folders and sub-folders, so i can’t display them on Apple TV as a title (Films) list, as it’s a large collection.

P.S the thumbnails are visible on the library i f a choose to display them as a list (Films), but as i said i can’t manage them as a list.

Please help me recover this issue.
Thanks & Please Stay Safe.
Regards

The issue is also present at my end with newest betas on both tvOS and iOS. Big parts of the library consists of squares without title or artwork. These are not clickable in these betabuilds. Eveyrthing can be searched and played though. Issue is not present with client for Mac or webinterface.

I hope that the Plex team is aware of this issue
