As mentioned above. I’ll be happy to help but I have no idea what’s going on with your setup. I also cannot reproduce this behavior on my own Apple TV. Sorry.

The server is defining a lot of things but it’s not involved in the immediate user interface of the Apple TV:

  • the server delivers WHAT content is available to display
  • the navigation, which items are focused… is done by the Plex app on the Apple TV

So maybe there was something wrong with the Plex app.

Or what?

I suppose they meant it as some kind of joke… though it’s not actually funny.
PEBCAK is a term used to indicate that the user was doing something wrong. Even if we cannot reproduce what you see, that doesn’t mean you’re using it wrong.

Really don’t think it’s fair calling out @flow for that as I doubt there is any ill intention.

Based on this whole thread, which I have read, I feel like there is a possibility that this could be user error. I realize English is not the OPs native language and that is fine. However, there seems to be a lack of understanding in some of the communication.

That said, PEBCAK/PEBKAC, could be true and honestly I don’t think that acronym is necessarily rude or derogatory, depending on how it’s used/phrased. The way @flow used it, I would have to agree with him that there is a very good chance that with this issue we will not know what the root cause is as I think it very unlikely that somebody is able to understand the issue enough to reproduce it.

User error. It is not. This is the third time I had created a Plex account. So there can be no more errors in the account. It could be something with the Plex server or the Plex app.

I didn’t called flow@ for some stupid thing.

I’m sorry, but this adds to my point. My response was directly to Tom as he referred to the FAQs.

You have provided no additional information then what you have already provided and it has proven not enough to resolve your issue. I truly do not mean for this to be offensive, but there is clearly something being lost in translation. Based on Google translate it looks like you have written in Danish a few times. If there is somebody that is fluent in both Danish and English, we might be able to get more/better information or have a better chance at communicating stuff.
