I went to use plex today to watch an mkv movie that’s stored on my media server and I am getting weird audio drop outs. Every few seconds audio drops out and then comes back. I am able to use plex and play recorded TV shows from m years HD homerun and no audio drop out. It seems to only do it with mkv files. I have used this workflow for a while now and haven’t had these dropouts, this issue just started. I am going from an amazon fire gen 2 via hdmi into an onkyo receiver…
I see that it is a known issue but I only started having the issue recently. I’ve been using this same workflow for months now and it’s been fine, this just started happening.
