MKV Stops playing after 5 seconds , no errors , moves to next file

Server Version#: Version 1.19.4.2902

Hi all has anyone else had this issue, i was binge watching all the old shows that i have ripped off bluray with mkv , no compression’s or alteration to the files, straight from disc to mkv
having watched space 1999 and ufo with no issues i moved on to the prisoner , this is where the issue starts , it will only play the first 5 seconds , then acts like the episode has ended , and if left to its own devices its goes though all the episodes (16) just playing the first 5 seconds
If i manually set the quality to say 20mbps instead of original it will play the files fine , also the files play fine on the computer in vlc , i have reinstalled plex , wiped all cache files etc , but issue is the same , attaching logs as i would like to know if its some thing i have done / set up wrong i even re ripped the files using a different drive etc just in case

As a note it plays any other film etc ok , all the way up to 40 mbps quality (most i have at moment)

so my question is , is this a issue with the server , or some idiot setting i have played with

got to the bottom of it , at least for my issue adding a note in case anyone else searches for it … or i forget !

on the roku box i go to plex , settings . video and change the setting direct play to disabled

no issues since and it still direct plays the video just converts the audio now … must be a bug with roku or something i suppose (tested on a riku ultra box x2 and a roku 3 and a roku express , all had the same issues and the same fix worked
