Plex stopping playback as if file is over on any/all H265 4k HDR .mkv files

Server Version#: 1.32.4.7195
Player Version#:4.108.0

Direct Streaming files from local PC with 13th gen Intel w/ Hardware transcoding “on”
Playback stops the same way regardless of whether playing with EAC3 or 7.1 audio

File plays perfectly then stops without error, marks the file as played as if the file is finished and moves on to the next episode only to repeat the same issue on the next file, etc. In this example it stops playback within 15 sec. , other times it’s 20-30 minutes in.

This is not an issue with bad media files as I have played them from other sources without issue. Files play locally without any issue on local media player.

PC is connected to Vizio TV with Plex for Vizio installed as the client app.

Files also stop the same way when played from within Plex Media Server on the host PC.

Then it stops playback. Over and over again. Now literally half of my library is unplayable in Plex as most of my files are 2160p HDR files. Please help me get this resolved. It’s greatly appreciated.
