I was using (Mp4Tools) on my Mac to remux mkv files to mp4. I am having a hard time finding a similar program to do it on windows. I don’t mind paying for the software just want to get something that will remux it. I tried using fffmpeg but didn’t go well. Trying to see what others are using thanks

Is the one many use on Windows. Although it is just another ffmpeg GUI, it works pretty well.

Mcebuddy looks in your nominated folder or folders copies mkv to MP4 ( remux) and converts AVI to MP4. And Deletes or moves the original .
I don’t see mkv anymore. !
