allow pushing videos to many BD/TV renderers
More and more BD players and TV can act as DLNA renderer.Making Plex Mobile a DLNA controller would allow to push videos to them easily even if they don't integrate a Plex client.

A improvement to this suggestion is to check for mobile plugins like VLC that makes it possible to watch more file-types than the system originally supports.
