Is there any way to stop mobile sync from transcoding videos - the context is fine via direct play yet when I want to go out on the move and have the video downloaded to my iOS device it has to spend 30mins transcoding - why can’t I just download the content directly!?
When you select sync -> choose destination -> sync, you should get to a screen that has the title of the file and the media quality in a dropdown box. Click on the dropdown and go to the top where it says original.
Ok I thought I had done that and it made no difference - I basically selected sync, the title comes up with the sync option stab and video quality - I select original and hit save… and then the transcoding starts :0(
