None of my videos from my Android device running Marshmallow and the latest Plex are uploading to my Plex server running on an RN516…also the latest version. Is this feature supposed to be working now?
You’ll need to provide the exact version numbers you are running for PMS and the Android app.

These are the appropriate versions. The videos are uploaded to the same location as your photos. Are you sure they are not there?
Yep. 2 phones uploading to 2 directories and not 1 video.
