[LOGS] Camera Upload stopped working

Phone: OnePlus6

I got a Nvidia Shield 2015 with a NAS DS213J and SMB v1 shared folders.
Everything was working well (movies (and sync), tv shows (and sync), camera upload. But since a week, camera upload stopped working: my new mobile photos (taken with a OnePlus6) won’t upload new photos on my NAS. PMS don’t see them too.
So I tried to stop camera upload on my phone, and reset camera upload, then set up correctly again. No luck Plex on the phone says that all photos are uploaded but it’s not the truth.
I tried to change the album on the camera upload setup on the phone, but same thing. And I noticed that the new folder was not created on the NAS.
I tried to repair the database as explained on this link https://support.plex.tv/articles/201100678-repair-a-corrupt-database/ but this not helped me.
So I tried to uninstall all updates of Plex and PMS on the NVidia Shield and started to setup Plex again.
But the result is the same than before.

Which logfiles are usefull to upload to get information about this issue?

I received Android Pie (Stable) on my OnePlus6.
But result is the same.

I did a factory reset of my Nvidia Shield and I uninstall then reinstall Plex client on my OnePlus6: same result (the issue is still present).

The issue is now resolved after the latest Plex client version for Android
