I am attempting to remote play a h265 file. Connection here is too slow to stream it, so I want my server to transcode it… When I press to choose the desired bitrate, the options I get are “original”, then 1.5Mbps = 480p, then lower quality…
I get that the bitrate is lower in h265, but I should be able to get 720p and 1080p options once transcode, since my file is a high quality one.
I’m attempting this from the android app. Both app and server are current releases (plex pass versions).
