Mom is asked to select user every time she opens Plex on Roku while it lets me straight in. Normal?

Both myself and my mom have a Plex server running with our own libraries. We both also use Roku’s to access them. Myself a Roku 4 and her a Roku 3.

I purchased a Plex pass yesterday and added her to My Home. Of course when I go to switch users in the Roku, it asks me to select the user but on hers it also happens everytime she goes into Plex while my Roku just lets me go right in.

Is this normal for non main Plex Pass user accounts? That seems to be the only important difference.

I think that the way to prevent that is on her Roku go into settings while she is logged in and select “Automatically log in”

I believe that will always default to the last user logged in.

Checked on mine by unchecking it and it behaves like hers so it’s definitely that.
