-Forced it’s done
-Director’s Comments do not exist “suggestion” (movie.en.director.srt)

You can achieve something like that using MKV containers. Set the subtitle language to whatever language and the subtitle title to “Directors comment”
The personalized title will be shown the same way “Latin America” is in the picture below
