Move my watched info from Plex media Server Windows to MacOS new installed Media Server

Hi,

Am about to replace my NUC with Windows 11 Home that have a few years to it and bought a new Mac Mini M4 with MacOS.

How do I transfer my watched data the easiest way?
Thinging I´m about to make a new installation of the server on MacOS, but is it possible to get som kind of metadata when the mapping to my directories is done, what I´ve seen and so on?
How can I do that in that case the easiest way?
I Use Trakt.tv to log my viewings, if that is any help?

Activate this and let the old server run for a few days more.
(It will only work with libraries that use the modern metadata agents)
