Move plex install to OMV

Hello,
Before I install plex onto OMV with this tutorial I’d like to know if there’s a tutorial on migrating my (Windows)server, like the one shown here for a Windows to Windows migration.
The tutorial says it’s possible, but doesn’t link to an explanation. I don’t really care about my videos, but the metadata for my music would be sorely missed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
