Move Plex to another PC and Change Storage

I need to move my Plex Media Server Install to another PC & also Swap out a Drobo Unit for another Drobo Unit.
Can anyone help with simple step by step instructions as I need to do this swiftly as one of the drives has failed on the DroboPro and can’t afford a new drive on that now.
Would really appreciate some help.
Many thanks
PMS INSTALL:
PMS Current Install on Dell Optiplex 7010
PMS Move Install to Dell Optiplex 3020
PMS STORAGE:
DroboPro Current Storage - iSCSI
Drobo Elite New Storage - iSCSI - This has exact folder structure of current storage unit
Both storage units are online connected to independent machines and different PC’s

Windows 10 on both, although I wish I had stuck with Window 7 now (nightmare auto updates)

Swap media storage:
Depends on how you added the file storage previously. If you connected a Windows drive letter to the network share, then it is easy: Just unlink the drive letter from the old network share and connect the same drive letter with the file share on the new NAS unit.

If you used UNC paths, you may have to rename the new NAS unit, particularly its host name so it has the same as the old unit.
If you cannot do that, there is only the most difficult option: edit your Plex database so all references in it are now pointing to the new NAS’s host name: https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/comment/1080551/#Comment_1080551
