Move Viewstate/Ratings from One Install to Another

I’ve set up a new Plex Server on a new QNAP TVS-871

I had Plex Server running on Windows 10 previously.

I copied all the media over and set up a new library on the NAS.

I want to preserve my watched/not watched settings from the old server. Googling led me to the article below. I followed the directions there-in, but Plex Server fails to load afterward. I’ve tried looking through the logs to see what the issue is, but saw no sql errors.

Has anyone else done this? Is the article outdated? Is there any hope?
