Moving Plex ratings from one NAS to another (Synology to QNAP)

Hi Everyone,

I am running multiple Plex servers on multiple devices. I am attempting to replicate my entire main server at another physical location. My main server is a Synology 2419+ running the latest Plex for DSM 7.

I have copied all the media and have successfully stood up another Plex server on a QNAP box, running the latest Plex for QTS.

I have little experience with sql.

I did see this

I am unsure how to run SQL either from my windows 11 machines to properly execute the code at the above link or alternatively how to run SQL natively on Synology and QNAP.

My goal is simply to transfer music track star ratings. I’d do it manually but it’s like 9,000 tracks so. . .

Any thoughts please?
