Recover old dashboard datas

Hi,

I recently needed to change my NAS.

And then, i transfer all files to the new NAS (synology) in to the new Plex instance.

I recovered the viewstates and ratings of all items. I looked this article. It works fine!

But i lost all datas in my dashboard (top played, play history, etc.)

How i do for recover thoses informations ?

If you still have the original server around… check out this support article:

There might be restrictions if you move your install between different platforms (e.g. Synology → Windows).
