Moved my Plex Media Server files to different drive and now cannot access the Server console.

I moved my Plex Server files (cut and paste) on a Windows Server 2012 platform and added the correct path to my Plex Server interface but now I cannot get Plex to find any of my settings or access the server web page. I keep getting Server unavailable when I try to connect and I cannot create any new media locations

What do you mean with “Server files” ?
The plex program files,
the Plex data files
or the media files themselves?

I moved the Plex data files, they were filling my OS drive.
