I am curious if there is already work underway, or plans in the roadmap to support the extrathumbs metadata officially. To the best of my knowledge this previously was data that was a local metadata asset. Should I look into writing a helper agent (don’t know what else to call it really as that would be the agents focus) to add this?
What I’m really trying to get at is, I would like to know what areas of metadata are going to be within the scope of the officially developed metadata agents, so that work is not duplicated and wasted.
I hope this happens! extrathumb generation would be really cool, and very convenient 
Anyone care to take this on? I also would love to see extra thumbs generated automatically.
Any news on the extrathumbs topic, will there be some automation ?
