Dear, everything was running smoothly for couple of years now when early December all new movies/tv shows has stopped downloading related info (posters, movie info, ratings, etc.) however when I do edit the movie manually I can select poster and background image however the matching info doesn’t show. Appreciate your help. I have been reading the online forums for the last 5 weeks but nothing helped. Here is the naming of one the latest movies I have “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part I.mp4”
I checked the matching and retrieval for this.
The naming I used:

I notice you’re using MP4 files. Did you make certain the metadata / embedded tile in the file is either blank or correct? MP4 files can carry that info. If it’s incorrect, it will drive you crazy trying to find the problem. The easiest solution with MP4 files is to Edit the MP4 mediainfo and remove it all.

Look at the Title record.

Whoever ripped or encoded that, please forgive me, had no idea what they were doing. Clearly that’s not a title.
Get that info out of there. Make it blank.
When blank, PMS matches by file name.
I removed the metadata from file however issue still persist
