Movie Library slow to load

Hi all,

Basically it takes forever to load the movie section. And once it does, the titles and artwork are blank for a long time, usually longer than seen in this video. TV section is much faster, but wouldn’t mind if it were quicker. My simple setup works like this:

  • WHS2011, gigabit connection running PMS, up to date.

  • Odroid C2 with Plex for kodi Addon. Running latest version of libreelec and PFK Addon.

Movie library contains about 1700 titles. I’ve moved the metadata to an SSD drive and done all the appropriate registry editing.

Any idea what this could be? Suggestions welcome!

Is it just via Kodi its running slow? I have a similar issue where regardless of library size it takes 5>10 seconds to load.

Yep only kodi using the plugin. Every other device with Plex client has no issues.
