problems with the movie librarie

i found out that i got some trouble with playing movies, TV shows and other media works fine its only my movie library.
when i wanna watch a movie its takes about +/- 10 minutes to play the movie, when its loaded it work fine (can skip forwards/backward/pause)
When start a movie with PlexWeb its start must faster, OpenPHT/rasplex, Plex for Android (the original one from the Playstore) says loading, but thats all, cant cancel it (it hangs, but cant here sound when pressing keys.)
a test direct-play, forced transcoding and check if its has some trouble with subtitles, nothing works…
did en forces refresh, an analyse/optimize database, still trouble…

I don’t know when its started, just found out when i gave a friend access to my server…

Before i gonna remove the library, what can i do else? (i dont wanna lose the watch history, and the library is BIG!)

Server spec:
i7-4790, 16GB RAM
Plex Media Server 1.1.4.2757(plexpass) in docker on Unraid 6.2 (its the linuxserver/plex docker template)
Second Plex Media server DVR beta in VM

Or is the only solution too remove the library and create again?

removed the library compleet. did wait some day before adding the library again.had some hardware upgrade, soo the server had some shutdowns.
After adding the library again, its work directly fine. now +/- 12 hours later, the media wont play anymore.

did remove it again, plexweb say there was some trouble with removing the library, thats going on???!!!

removed PMS complete. and start from the beginning.
it is at this moment still busy with meta-data download, but did try too play a movie, its now working fine :slight_smile:
Hopefully it’s working tomorrow still fine…

This is the first I’ve heard of playback taking 10+ minutes to start. If you can provide the server logs if this happens again, I’d be curious to take a look.

I removed everything and started complete fresh. now its working fine on all the clients…
The rarest thing was; it only happens in the movie library, TV shows or anything else did work fine…

when it start again i will sent the log files.
