Movie Location Lost

I’m running Plex on an NVidia Shield TV device and I often will watch only a portion of a movie, especially if it’s long, and then continue the next day. Often when launching Plex it will lose the last location of the movie and start it over again. What might be causing this and is there a way to skip to another location of the movie easily? With the Infuse app, I can use a slider to go to a specific location but I haven’t figured out a way to do this with Plex.

On nvidia shield press the mic button and say fast forward 30 minutes as an example.

Oh OK, I don’t use the Shield remote much because I have a Harmony remote but I’ll have to take it out for cases like this. Thanks for the tip!

Scroll to the buffer line it will turn to a dot , hold left or right direction to scroll .

Oh, maybe try rebooting your nvidia shield.
