Movie Versions Not Seperating

Server Version#: 4.87.2
I have multiple copies of some movies.
For example I have extended and theatrical versions of LOTR.
They are clearly named differently on my drives for Theatrical and extended edtion Part 1 and Part 2.
However Plex can’t seem to discern the difference.
As an example:
I will try to play THE LORD OF THE RINGS 3 THE RETURN OF THE KING (Extended) PT. 1 and THE LORD OF THE RINGS 3 THE RETURN OF THE KING (Extended) PT. 2 will play instead.
I have tried:
Grouping them in one LOTR folder and separating theatrical from extended with corresponding folders for each extended version part 1 and part 2.
I have tried pulling the folders outside the LOTR Folder into their own directories.
I’ve tried renaming the files on plex, however it will match the name across folders. For example THE LORD OF THE RINGS 3 THE RETURN OF THE KING (Extended) PT. 1 will show up in the part 1 and part 2 folders.
I’ve tried un-matching the files and that doesn’t work either.

I imagine I also have the same issue with my star wars movies as I have both theatrical releases and bluray

Any ideas on how I can get Plex to discern the different titles that way THE LORD OF THE RINGS 3 THE RETURN OF THE KING (Extended) PT. 1 doesn’t start out like THE LORD OF THE RINGS 3 THE RETURN OF THE KING (Extended) PT. 2

Thank you. This seems to have solved all of them except return of the king.
no matter if i run return of the king extended part 1 or part 2; part 2 plays.
I have named them The Lord Of The Rings 3 The Return Of The King {Extended Edition Part 1} and The Lord Of The Rings 3 The Return Of The King {Extended Edition Part 2}
I even tried The Lord Of The Rings 3 The Return Of The King {Extended Edition [Part 1]} and The Lord Of The Rings 3 The Return Of The King {Extended Edition [Part 2]} and got the same result.
