Movie won't play with SRT subtitles enabled -- audio issue?

I’m having the same issue.

I’ve just read this thread about the Android app: NVidia Shield: SRT subtitles causing "burn subtitles" to activate when audio is also transcoded

The issue is resolved there. Will this be implemented in the Samsung app?
