Movies and shows categories not playing all of them

Hi there to all of you,

So i have been using plex for almost a year now on my DS218plus server and all was working fine
until i noticed a couple of weeks ago that some shows or movies did not want to play.

At first i thought it would be my android phone but now i see the problem also is on my laptop.
Shows like "alf"or “continuum” just wont play as well as man other.

I updated the server to the latest version but no help there.

Wich direction should i look for…

Hope that someone can tell me more and help me on my way.

Please do the following:

  1. Settings - Server - General - Show Advanced
  2. Verify DEBUG logging ON
  3. Verify VERBOSE logging OFF
  4. Click SAVE if either option changed.
  5. Now recreate the problem (up to 2 minutes of playback time is enough)
  6. Stop playback
  7. Wait 20 seconds for the logs to flush to the disk
  8. Download the logfiles (a ZIP file)
  9. Attach that ZIP file here for me to review.
