Plex doesn't read my files (movies, shows) anymore

Hi there,

I have a server which contains movies or shows that I get, and I usually read them with plex, until two days ago. Now the movies I’m trying to watch are loading forever and never starts.

Any suggestions?

(My server works perfectly fine, everything works perfectly fine but it won’t play the file).

Hi – you’re giving awfully little information about your setup for anyone to come up with suggestions.

  • do you get any error messages
  • how are you trying to play the files? (e.g. in your home network or from outside the network, wired or wireless)
  • which version of Plex Media Server do you use?
  • which client do you use? (also… up-to-date?)
  • …

Hi, sorry for the lack of information…

I don’t get any error messages at all.
I’m using it at home with my computer (Mac and windows and it doesn’t work on both). I think I’m using the latest version of plex media server because it doesn’t ask me to update.
Im paying each month a seed box (a bat box from seed boxes.cc)
I’m using plex media server on my browser Google Chrome or Firefox.

Sadly you didn’t follow what was in the logs link I provided you with above.

We need you to go into settings->server->troubleshooting and press the download logs button and then upload the downloaded zip file
